Wabi Sabi Farm

Wabi Sabi Farm is owned and operated by Larry and Eve Haggard.

​The farm is located in Edwards, Mississippi, just 25 miles from Jackson and 20 miles from the Mississippi River @ Vicksburg. It's situated on 10 acres in the edge of the Town of Edwards with additional acreage south of town near the Big Black River. We started out with a bull and 2 heifers and a bull in 2010 and are now up to 18 head. We have 2 steers being grass fattened getting ready for freezer camp in the future. The steers wll mature in 18 to 24 months and result in small cuts of high quality lean meat, graded choice, with little waste. The average dress out is 50 to 60 percent and the beef is slightly darker than that of other breeds.
